Tracers’ is the acronym for Tracking of Credit Card (Application Forms) Submissions. It principally was developed for annotating, documenting and streamlining the submission process at two levels - Credit Card Issuer (Bank) Level and Direct Sales Agent (DSA) Level.

The most important feature for this application is its ability to track duplications on multiple customizable parameters right at the grass root level (DSA level).

Other inbuilt tools like - integrated Organizer, Analyzer and Search enable real-time tracking on the Bank & DSA Teams performance vis a vis number of potential customers gained for issuance of a credit card.

Its an MIS tool for Manager’s to navigate the direction of the sales effort, build synergies between Planning & Implementation activities and mapping data collation. Its eventual objective is to empower Credit card issuance process simpler and provide End-to-End process control.
